Thankful Thursday: Sore

Today I am thankful for…

Being Sore
From working out that is. I am thankful that I have a body healthy enough to work out and get sore. I have added a new work out or two to my routine this week and I am SORE. My shoulders, back and abs ache. But that means it is working. I am thankful to be healthy and to have the internet to learn workouts, a gym for the residents of our apartment complex and a body that tells me when I should stop 😛
